One of the most enjoyable and challenging projects I’ve worked on in the last few weeks has definitely been this one. I was asked to create concept illustrations for The Stack (Boutique Hotel, Brasserie and Bar) which will open in Cape Town in 2015. I was given examples of furniture pieces, fabric swatches, and colour samples; a floor plan and some rough 3D renders of the room perspectives to work from. Sarah Ord of Sarah Ord Interiors is responsible for the bold and colourful palette and design of the rooms and furniture. You have to love her style!
